From the notice that convenes the meeting to the signed minutes that record it — and every register, resolution and signature in between. One platform, engineered for the Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standard SS-1.
Board meeting software — also called a board portal or board management software — replaces the printed board pack, the courier and the email thread with one secure digital workspace. The company secretary builds the agenda, issues the notice and publishes the pack; directors read, annotate and vote from any device; and minutes, resolutions and action items stay linked to the meeting they came from.
TrustBoard is board meeting software built specifically for Indian companies. The workflows follow the Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standard SS-1, the MBP-1 and MBP-4 statutory registers are built in, signatures run on DSC tokens and Aadhaar eSign, and every byte of data is hosted in India.
Follow a single board meeting through the platform. Each stage is handled in one workspace shared by the company secretary and the directors — with each side seeing exactly what their role permits.
Board, committee or independent directors' meetings — physical, virtual or hybrid, with Zoom or Microsoft Teams links created automatically and invitations flowing to connected calendars. Attendees RSVP; the meeting card keeps a live count.
Item cards with presenter, time allocation and attached papers, reordered by drag and drop. When a director has a disclosed interest in an item, TrustBoard flags it under Section 184(2), excludes them from that item's voting and quorum arithmetic, and inserts the non-participation wording into the minutes.
Generated from a statutory template with the published agenda, edited in place, and issued with a recorded recipient list. The SS-1 seven-clear-days timeline is tracked for the secretarial team.
Sections and documents in reading order, numbered automatically. Published versions are frozen; revisions go out as version two, three, and so on. A per-pack download policy governs what readers may save.
Directors read the pack in a watermarked viewer — each page decrypted server-side, stamped with the reader's name and date, and streamed with no raw file links to forward. Private annotations, shared notes, and a presenter mode that moves every follower's screen.
Resolutions are voted on each attendee's own screen, with live tallies, ordinary and special thresholds, and a casting-vote option. Carried resolutions are numbered automatically in the statutory series and export as certified copies. The quorum indicator recomputes live under Section 174(3).
Minutes are drafted with auto-inserted attendance and resolution blocks, circulated for comments, finalised with version locking, and signed — a wet-signed upload or a digital signature request. Decisions become tracked actions with owners, due dates and automatic reminders.
A board's obligations do not end when the meeting does. TrustBoard carries the surrounding governance workload that normally lives in registers, spreadsheets and follow-up emails.
Each integration is configured in Settings and can be enabled or disabled independently.
Quarterly results before announcement. Strategy the market has not heard. Board packs carry exactly this, and the platform's security model is designed accordingly — and documented plainly for your information-security review.
All data is hosted in India. We are glad to take your IT and audit teams through the architecture in detail.
Boards that meet on TrustBoard evaluate on TrustBoard. The same director sign-in, the same security architecture, the same secretarial console — so the annual evaluation becomes an extension of the platform your board already uses. See the evaluation product.
Yes. "Board portal", "board management software" and "board meeting software" all describe the same category, and TrustBoard covers its full scope: agendas, notices, watermarked board packs, live voting, minutes, circular resolutions, statutory registers, digital signatures, a compliance calendar and an append-only audit log.
Pricing depends on the number of companies and users on the platform, and scales from unlisted companies to large listed groups. Write to us with your board structure and we will send a quotation the same day.
Yes. TrustBoard supports group structures: multiple companies, each with its own boards, committees, meetings and registers, under one role-based access model — a director who serves on several group boards signs in once.
One-time-code sign-in with expiry and lockout, deny-by-default authorisation checked on the server, per-file AES-256 encryption at rest, watermarked page-streamed viewing with no raw file links, and an append-only audit log — with all data hosted in India.
