What we make

Two tools that share one login.

Most of our customers start with evaluations, because the Companies Act makes those mandatory. The meeting software tends to follow a quarter or two later, once directors are already comfortable signing in.

Board Evaluation Software

The full annual cycle: questionnaires for the board, each committee, individual directors and KMPs. The company secretary assigns and tracks everything from one console. Directors answer on their phones with an OTP. Reports come out ready to table.

Why we built this

The evaluation spreadsheet had to go.

When board evaluation became mandatory under the Companies Act, 2013, most Indian companies handled it the only way they could: a Word questionnaire emailed to each director, answers collated by hand into Excel, and a two-line summary in the board report. Candid feedback rarely survives that process. Directors won't write honestly in a document with their name on the file.

We built TrustBoard to fix that one problem. Confidential responses, proper peer reports, and a record that holds up when a proxy advisor asks how the evaluation was actually done.

The meeting software came later, at the request of the same company secretaries. Once the board data was on TrustBoard, they wanted the board pack there too.

Security

Board papers are not ordinary data.

Unpublished financials, strategy notes, peer feedback. We treat all of it accordingly, and we're happy to sit with your IT team and walk through the details.

Hosting
Data hosted in India by default. For international deployments, in-country hosting is available.
Sign-in
One-time codes with expiry and lockout. Directors never set or forget a password.
Access
Permission-checked on the server, deny by default. Committee papers are visible to committee members, nobody else.
Documents
Per-file AES-256 encryption at rest; TLS in transit; watermarked viewing with no raw file links.
Accountability
An append-only audit log records who did what, and when.

The output is the product.

An evaluation is only as good as the report it produces. TrustBoard generates the executive dashboard, peer summaries, individual director reports and committee views the moment responses are in. No collation, no reformatting.
