These terms govern your use of the website trustboard.in and, together with the applicable subscription agreement, the TrustBoard platform. TrustBoard is a product of Social-Impact Innovations Private Limited, Nagpur, India ("we", "us"). By using the website or platform you accept these terms.
The content of this website is provided for general information about our products. While we keep it accurate and current, it does not constitute legal, secretarial or professional advice, and product capabilities are as defined in the customer's subscription agreement and documentation.
Access to the TrustBoard platform is provided to customer companies under a subscription agreement, and to individual users authorised by that customer. Users must keep their sign-in codes confidential, use the platform only for the customer's lawful corporate purposes, and not attempt to circumvent access controls, probe security, or interfere with the service.
Evaluation responses, meeting documents, minutes, registers and other records created on the platform belong to the customer company. We process them solely to provide the service, under the customer's instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The TrustBoard software, this website, and their design, text and graphics are the property of Social-Impact Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. Trademarks and product names of third parties referenced on this site (including video conferencing, calendar, storage and eSign providers) belong to their respective owners; references indicate interoperability, not endorsement.
We work to keep the platform available and secure, including maintenance windows notified to customers. Specific service levels, support terms and remedies are set out in the subscription agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability in respect of the platform is governed by the subscription agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
TrustBoard helps customers operate processes aligned with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR and Secretarial Standard SS-1. Responsibility for statutory compliance remains with the customer company and its officers; the platform is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to them.
