About Us

Governance technology, taken seriously.

TrustBoard builds the systems boards run on: evaluations, meetings, minutes, statutory registers, and the records behind them. Our platforms are engineered for the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR and Secretarial Standard SS-1 — and for the confidentiality that board work demands.

Our Parent Company

A product of Social-Impact Innovations.

TrustBoard is built and operated by Social-Impact Innovations Private Limited, a technology company based in Nagpur. Social-Impact's other products reward safer driving and civic participation; different audience, same underlying idea. Good behaviour, whether on the road or in the boardroom, gets easier when the infrastructure around it improves.

That background shapes how we build. Our citizen platforms handle sensitive personal data at scale, so the habits TrustBoard needs, careful security and restraint with data, were house rules before the first line of TrustBoard was written.

How We Work

Principles we hold to.

Board data stays in India.

All data is hosted in India, and has been from day one — a design decision, not a regulatory afterthought.

Directors shouldn't need training.

A one-time code and a clear screen are the entire onboarding. If a director needs a training session to use our software, we consider that a defect.

We build to the statute, not around it.

Sections 173 to 184 of the Companies Act, SS-1 timelines, MBP-1 and MBP-4 registers — the platform encodes the actual requirements, so the record it produces stands up to auditors, proxy advisors and inspections.
